To participate in the Richards Trauma Process, you agree:
Right of Refusal:
Trauma Resolutions reserves the right to decline to work with any new clients at its sole discretion.
You agree to provide true, correct and complete information to Trauma Resolutions at all times. This includes information regarding the use of Drugs & Alcohol and any medication you are taking.
Drugs & Alcohol:
You agree to not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your sessions or homework exercises.
You understand that hypnotherapy is a unique process useful for improving mental and emotional health. You also understand that for a successful outcome to occur you are required to positively support the process with deliberate, conscious action and decision-making. You acknowledge that a positive outcome is only possible if you engage in The Richards Trauma Process and with the therapist in a positive and proactive way.
Process, Timing & Potential Additional Charges:
- You agree to undertake the minimum of three (3) sessions at the appointment times agreed with the therapist upon your application. Each of the three sessions follows a unique program and it is essential they be completed within the correct timeframes for the total process to be effective.
- You agree to complete sessions 1 & 2 within a MAXIMUM 7-day timeframe. If you cancel or cannot attend the second session as scheduled within the 7-day timeframe, you will be required to repeat Session 1 and agree to therefore pay an additional $250 fee incl GST.
- You agree to complete the third session within a MAXIMUM of three weeks of the second session.
You agree to make full payment for the three sessions by bank transfer or credit card (credit card fees apply) prior to commencement payment plan may be available on a case by case basis.
You understand that no refunds are made under any circumstances.
You agree to inform the therapist immediately if at any time you feel uncomfortable, dissatisfied or concerned about the process or your reaction to it.
You agree to be respectful towards the therapist at all times. Aggression or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the Services.
- You understand that Trauma Resolutions reserves the right to terminate a session or client relationship at its sole discretion at any time. If this occurs, a partial refund MAY be made for any remaining session not yet commenced.
- You understand that you may also terminate a session or the relationship at any time. If this occurs, NO REFUNDS will be made for any fees already paid to Trauma Resolutions by the client.
